I do hope that She will get more development after these events, her character is either too stale with no development or just degrading without actual development like how they got rid of her very clever girl persona mostly out of the window after the first arc

So Yuamu is the one possessed ? So Unless Yuuhi is also gona get possessed next episode there is a lot of chance for Yuuhi to win the duel but I don’t feel good with this. Yuamu lacks development and doesn’t have a “big” win yet and now she is possessed for her biggest duel except Rovian (which was 2V1) so not only she is most likely gonna lose but also won’t even be her victory If she wins ? And also I am not against Yuuhi beating Yuamu that can happen as a natural result of his development but doing it while she is not herself would feel cheap. The next duel will feel weird regardless of the outcome because of the mind controlling aspect

I am saying that I would have preferred a duel of Yuuhi vs ''Yuamu'' and not Yuuhi vs Earthdamar. I think regardless of results this duel will be a weird one. Yuuhi will probably win and I think that is the better result but I wouldn't count that as him beating Yuamu. On the other hand I think Yuamu needs a big win somewhere along the line as she only beats one duel losers and she lacks development so her probably only duel in this arc and a BIG DUEL at that being one where She is being controlled is something I am not a huge fan of because even If she were to win that is also not her win too.

Bruh, she received the most wins out of all the MCs aside from Yudias! Not to mention her deck has a card similar to Firewall Dragon (Playmaker's Ace), a Blue-Eyes White Dragon parody card (Kaiba's ace) and Red Eyes card (Joey/Yugi's card). What more development do you want for her? To beat Yudias?

Honestly wasn't expecting Yuamu to be the one possessed, so that was a nice surprise, gotta say that Earthdamar-Yuamu is pretty adorable with her cheering lol.

The writers really hate Yuuamu.
All the setup in the first episodes for her to potentially be the best character of the show thrown out of the window and now they're using every chance they get to at best not let her have any development and at worst actively degrade her character.

I find it amusing how Equip Spells were something only Zwijo and Rovian's crews had, now everyone has them. Then, Fusion was so hard to make that the machine was busted after making two copies, but now we're getting into the territory of everyone having the card in their decks. Can't wait for Monster Reborn to show up again.

Also I forgot to mention but Rovian better get a big win in her next duel. She was builded up as a strong duelist and beat Yuamu and Yuuhi in 1V2 but her next 3 duel is a lose. At the end of arc 2 I would have easily put her top 3 strongest duelist in the show (Alongside Yudias and Zwijo) but I am not sure If she would even make it to top 7 anymore. Do not waste her like Nail (Sevens) with being very strong during introduction only to not win again even though Asana and Roa got more good victories after their arc (and Nail's variant here is even more wasted with not even dueling too so I guess they just hate Nail in particular. What a waste of his popular VA)

Also I think it would be nice to see Rovian growing out of the berserk mode like Romin did in her duel against Yuuga. Romin realizing going berserk was not needed for her to win duels and growing out of it was one of my fav moments of her. Now granted I find Rovian's berserk mode more tolerable compare to Romin as it seems much more in Rovian's control and more consistent but It would be nice to have Rovian having a big win in her next duel while surpassing the need to go berserk mode. But in any case She needs a big win

Well there is no reason for Rovian having to overcome Berserk Mode since she IS in control still. And I don't think the writers hate Neil or his VA. I would've loved more Neil screentime and duels in Sevens but he's at least not a character who got totally trashed in the end when it comes to personality.
The thing with Providence is that since he's based on Neil, his deck would likely resemble his aka Maximum deck. But we have no Maximum in Go Rush (yet?). So maybe that's why he hasn't dueled yet. The only thing they could do is give him a deck that isn't Maximum related but monsters remind of Yggdrago and the Tron ones from the looks.

sometimes i think if u tell a fan of yugioh from the original to 5ds era, that the actual MC is an alien that can shoot lasersbeam from his eyes, idk, they would think im the crazy one XD
